Restorations

This has been a long term project, started in the 1980's with the acquisition of the first cockpit section Handley Page Victor (XH670) which is the last surviving example of a Victor B2.

This was followed by the addition of the Avro Vulcan B2/K2 (XH560), the Vickers Valiant B1 (XD826) and finally the Handley Page Victor K2 (XH669).

The aim is to restore these cockpit sections to as near operational standard as possible, although many parts are proving hard to find. However, many individuals have kindly donated items that have greatly assisted the restoration projects. Items that we are currently seeking to assist in our restorations and display are listed under the relevant aircraft/serial number.

If you feel that you have anything that may further aid these restorations or add to the display in any way, it would be very much appreciated.

Anyone who provides photographs, stories or items to add to the display and restorations, will receive credit if they so wish.

If you feel that you can assist in any way, please contact info@v-bombers.org

Your assistance is very much appreciated.
